Nick E Louder has always played on the progressive tougher side of the dance music, adapting genres to the trends and needs of the dance floor, dropping anything from House to Breaks, Techno to Electro, Progressive to Hard Dance, Uplifting and Hard Trance, Uplifting Trance and anything that rocks. He does not consider himself an artist that plays one, two or even three styles; I like to amalgamate different  genres of music and elements to tweak inspiration and excitement in the people listening.

His professional DJ career has spans over 3 decades performing across the world, from London working his way across Europe cutting his teeth in the industry with 3 seasons in Ibiza, doing long tours in Amsterdam, France and landing his first radio show in Costa Del Sol, Spain. Learning his skill-set  in the live studio presenting and production, then broadcasting his first show to a massive of 2.7 Million listenership. Then continuing tours in the UK, Canada, Ibiza and South Africa before landing and making Cape Town his home.

He was actively involved in the infancy of the South African club scene with amazing opportunities and residences DJing and performing at some of SA’s legendary venues including; The Boiler Room, Rush, Spyce, Pure with the great honor of being a part of the award winning super club, Unity. 

During that amazing period in his DJ career he graced the decks with world class DJ’s and at many local and international events and festivals from the Synergy events, Vortex, Ministry of Sound, Mother Productions, Nukleuz and many more.

Over that time he wore many other hats in the music business including running his own record store "Rugged Viny" that he co-owned with his brother Chris Klass that ran for 10 years during the dance music boom and the store won an award for best independent music store.

Nick is also music producer releasing over 30 tracks with a range of dance music that have been released online for download on Beatport and audio streaming productions.

Performing at a professional level, he also managed to focused on his broadcast career having "The Dance Frequency" show on Good Hope FM winning awards for "Best SA Radio Show" a stint on 5FM, and a weekend show on Heart FM. 

Following his passion of broadcasting always pointed to Mutha FM, which he founded in 2002 as was South Africa’s first Internet radio station which has evolved into the Music Lifestyle Streaming Media Platform it is today, and  is very proud to be a part of with the rest of the Mutha FM family.

What you can expect:

Nick brings you the LOUD & PROUD show every Thursday evening kicking off with the REMIX RUSH with House Music remixes, followed the  first guest DJ, then the TECHNO SLAMMER where the sounds get a bit tougher from Minimal Techno to the Harder driving bass lines, then It's the LIVE MIX and into the BACK IN THE DAY Sessions dropping Classic Dance Anthems requested by the public, finishing off with my second guest of the evening on the final lap.
