Pioneer’s parent company announced AlphaTheta well over a year ago, releasing a new range of future-proof products for DJs. These products, designed and developed under the Pioneer DJ name, now fall under the AlphaTheta brand.

Since the introduction of the CDJ-500 in 1994, Pioneer DJ has built a strong legacy of cutting-edge products. They’ve become a leading brand for professional DJs while also providing a pathway for beginners to start their journey.

Now, with more brands entering the market, Pioneer’s new AlphaTheta lineup aims to push the company into the future. But the big question remains: can they maintain the quality and innovation you’ve come to expect from the Pioneer DJ brand?

The name AlphaTheta refers to brain wave frequencies linked to peak performance. Music often guides us into these powerful mental states. Their goal is to develop innovative technologies in sound and music creation that help us reach and enrich these peak moments.
