Delivery policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within five business days and delivery confirmed via a confirmatory email delivered to the email address as supplied on our website. Where physical goods are purchased, we fulfil orders using a courier or postal service. The customer will bear the costs associated with the service. The price will include packaging costs charged for at cost. The final amount charged will depend on the parcel’s weight and size. The total courier and packaging charges will be added to the final invoice and displayed for payment before checkout. Mutha FM shall use all reasonable endeavours to ensure safe and appropriate packaging and delivery methods. Mutha FM shall not be liable for any loss or damage to goods in transit after the goods have left their control. Mutha FM will not take responsibility for late delivery due to factors outside its control, such as strikes. We recommend that the customer takes out appropriate insurance for this purpose.


Mutha FM makes use of Paxi Couriers. All products are packed up and delivered to the nearest Paxi branch for your convenient pick up. All available locations of Paxi branches can be found here. Delivery is between 3-5 business days.


Mutha FM reserves the right to increase or reduce prices listed on the website. All prices are exclusive of value-added tax (VAT), and if applicable, this will be charged at the appropriate rate. Goods are subject to availability at the time of placing the order. By paying Mutha FM and accepting our goods and services, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions.

Return and Refunds policy

The provision of goods and services by Mutha FM is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Mutha FM will refund the client in full within 30 days. Mutha FM reserves the right to charge for any costs incurred to cover supplies already purchased to complete the customer’s order, including costs for any completed work done before cancellation. In the event of a valid claim for defects or non-delivery of the products supplied, Mutha FM shall either repair or replace the goods concerned at its own expense or refund the price of the relevant services or goods.

You are not entirely happy with your purchase and would like to return it. No problem!

Just a few returns criteria:

  • Within 7 days of receiving your package.
  • It is in resalable condition (not used with the original labels and stickers still attached)
  • it is in the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition with all seals still intact (if applicable).

Liability and Risk

The liability of Mutha FM to the customer for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature and howsoever caused shall be limited to and in no circumstance exceed the price of the goods. Mutha FM will not be held responsible for production delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, power or load shedding or any national strikes. In such instances, Mutha FM shall be entitled to delay or cancel delivery or reduce the number of goods delivered if and to the extent that it cannot fully supply the goods through circumstances beyond its control. Risk and title in the goods shall pass to the customer upon payment of the goods. Notwithstanding anything herein or elsewhere contained, Mutha FM shall not be liable to the customer for any indirect or consequential loss or damages.


All copyright and intellectual property rights subsisting in or attached to the goods shall belong to Mutha FM or its associated trading as companies and shall not be licensed or assigned to the customer. All images, designs and concepts created by Mutha FM are protected by copyright and remain our property. These are not to be used, replicated, published, or distributed without our express consent. Use of copyright material without Mutha FM permission will be an offence that may result in legal claims instituted against the customer.

Customer privacy policy

Mutha FM shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from:

Payment options accepted

Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard credit cards or by bank transfer into the Mutha FM bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.

Credit card acquiring and security

Credit card transactions will be acquired for Mutha FM via YOCO. YOCO uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Users may go to to view their security certificate and security policy.

Customer details separate from card details

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).


Mutha FM takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

Governing Law and Country of Domicile

This website and all payment transaction conducted on this website shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa without regard to any principles of conflict of laws that may direct the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction. The Parties agree that all disputes related to or arising out of or in connection with payment transaction conducted on this website which cannot be resolved by mutual agreement between the Parties shall be finally resolved by arbitration according to the rules then in effect of the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa (AFSA). Such arbitration shall be held in Sandton, South Africa and conducted in the English language before a sole arbitrator selected by the Parties.


Failure of Mutha FM to insist upon strict performance of any provisions hereof shall not be deemed a waiver of its rights and remedies. If any provision contained herein is deemed by a court to be unenforceable, the remainder of the terms and conditions shall remain in effect.
