Calvin Harris has released a new house track under his alter-ego Love Regenerator.
‘We Can Come Together’ is a collaboration with Bristol producer Eli Brown, and features acid synths over a classic piano riff with vocals declaring: “I feel the time has come for us to come together, I realize that only we can make it better.”
The music video for the track features inanimate objects that look like they have “faces” – including bins, sewer grates, guitars, and the roof of the Barbican Centre.
This isn’t the first release from the Scottish DJ’s alias, last year he launched a two-track EP released on Valentine’s Day titled ‘Love Generator 2’, which followed the January 2020 release of underground-focused tracks ‘Hypnagognic (I Can’t Wait)’ and ‘CP-1’.
Harris also produced a mix for Defected under Love Regenerator for the label’s Virtual Festival that saw him play a techno-heavy selection with tracks from Skream, FJAAK, and Artwork.
