Dave Matthews Band is hitting the road!
The group announced on Wednesday (Jan. 22) its North American tour this summer, a three month stint that will kick off June 16 in Uncasville, Connecticut, and wrap up in Southaven, Mississippi, on Sept. 23. DMB will also return to Gorge Ampitheatre in George, Washington, for three nights over Labor Day weekend, joined with a slew of supporting acts including Mavis Staples, Béla Fleck and the Flecktones, Allen Stone, Robert Randolph and the Family Band, and Dumpstafunk.
Additionally, the band is planning to plant one million trees in conjunction with the Dreaming Tree Wines and DocuSign. Fans can help by donating an optional $2 per ticket to plant a tree for The Nature Conservancy’s Plant a Billion Trees campaign. The environmental efforts are no surprise coming from DMB, who was named UN Environmental Goodwill Ambassador in 2019.
The DMB Warehouse Fan Association ticket presale will begin on Thursday (Jan. 23) at 10 a.m. ET at www.warehouse.davematthewsband.com. Additionally, Citi cardmembers will have access to presale tickets through Citi Entertainment on Tuesday (Feb. 18), at 10 a.m. local time through Thursday (Feb. 20) at 10 p.m. local venue time.
